摘要
Abstract
Large-scale wind power connected to the grid reduces the cost of fuel and emissions of conventional thermal power. However,the uncertainty of wind power output makes it necessary for the system to set aside a large number of spinning reserve,and part of the high pollution emissions obviously deviates from the concept of green power.Given the multiple uncertainties of wind power and load,different ways of modeling for different cases is introduced.Chance constraint is employed through two kinds of different confidence levels to control the relationship between spinning reserve and risk.By considering the effect of CO 2 and SO 2 emissions on the objective function and priority index,a multi-objective hybrid chance-constrained unit commitment model is set up that contains fuzzy variables and random variables at the same time to emphasize the importance of low carbon emissions.Case analysis has verified the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed model.关键词
