考虑风电不确定性的电力系统碳排放流分析
Analysis on Carbon Emission Flow of Power System with Uncertain Wind Power Injection

Abstract
This paper presents an analysis method for carbon emission flow of power system with stochastic and intermittent wind power injection.To get the relationship between wind speed and system total carbon emission flow,the stochastic direct current power flow(SDCPF) method is adopted to calculate the power flow and carbon emission flow of the system with uncertain wind injection.Via the directed path model,the calculation method of system node-path output node distribution factor is obtained.Given that the fluctuation of wind power is balanced by the slack node,the average distribution factor of wind power injection to other nodes and branches can be obtained by using the incidence matrix of load to system node and load to branch.Therefore,the uncertain impact of stochastic and intermittent wind power to carbon emission flow distribution can be analyzed.Finally,the effectiveness and correctness of the proposed method has been verified based on a standard IEEE 14-bus example.The result has yielded the impact tendency of carbon intensity from uncertain wind power to system node,thus providing a new theoretical support for effective wind power injection.关键词
