Power System Optimal Dispatch Incorporating Carbon Capture Power Plant and Battery Swap Station Under Carbon Market Environment

Abstract
With carbon trading considered,a power system optimal dispatch model incorporating carbon capture power plant and battery swap station is proposed against the background of low-carbon and smart grid.Firstly,the battery swap station virtual power plant for electric vehicles is defined and its operation characteristics are described.Secondly,the characteristics of CO 2 emission of various sources are analyzed.The costs of different sources are formulated considering four aspects:the depreciation expense of total investment costs,the fuel costs,the operation and maintenance costs,and the carbon trading cost.On this basis,a model considering carbon emission and costs of source is presented to formulate a power system optimal dispatch that takes into account constraints including power balance,units and carbon capture system climbing rate,the efficiency of carbon capture,and so on.The hybrid chaos particle swarm optimization based on dynamic exchange and density is applied to solving this model.The effectiveness and validity of the proposed model and algorithm is verified by cases.关键词
