Design and Development of Intelligent Interactive Repair Service System in Tianj in Urban Distribution Network
摘要
Abstract
The repair business processes in distribution networks are studied.A designing scheme for the system combining the outage judging model based on information integration and the real-time online repair command is proposed.Then the intelligent interactive repair service system of Tianjin urban distribution network is developed.The system integrated with related marketing-distribution-dispatch business systems through the information exchange bus has achieved a business support system oriented to production and repair command while taking outage management,repair command,statistical analysis,and visualized surveillance as main application functions.The system has the outage repair business processes of 95598 call center geared to its own to obtain remarkable results of shortening the outage time and improve the repair efficiency by using outage j udging analysis function based on that of the distribution and consumption integrated network model.
