Practice and Prospects of Dispatching and Control Systems in Regional Power Grid
摘要
Abstract
Based on the business demand of the regional and county dispatching centers,an analysis is made of the problems of the high network security requirement,fast development of dispatching control data,big differences between regional and county dispatching centers,lack of full auxiliary emergency decision-making and whatnot.A summary is made of technical solution in support of WAN safe interconnection between regional and county dispatching and control systems,adaptability to network bandwidth for regional and county dispatching centers,meeting different on-demand real-time monitoring demands of regional and county dispatching centers,improvement of large data processing capability,the comprehensive anti-maloperation capability,and the full auxiliary emergency decision-making. Finally, a look-ahead is presented for future technology development in promoting the smart dispatching and control system in the regional grid.关键词
