摘要

Abstract

A new scheme of adaptive reclosure for parallel lines with shunt reactors is presented.For different types of ground fault,the integration of fault-phase”s recovery voltage is used for identifying permanent grounded fault.For the type of cross-line ungrounded fault,the integration of the difference of fault-phase”s recovery voltage is used for identifying the permanent cross-line ungrounded fault.The phase reclosure sequence principle is used for all the fault types.Numerous dynamic simulations have proved the scheme”s capability of accurately identifying all grounded permanent faults and cross-line ungrounded permanent faults thus reducing the reclosure time for temporary faults and improving the system security and stability level.Besides,the protective devices act correctly in different system operation states and different fault types, meeting the relevant technical requirements.
