摘要

Abstract

Heat storage,space heating by wind power and pumped storage are three feasible solutions to accommodate curtailed wind power.In order to evaluate the coal-saving effect and national economic indices of three methods,relevant models are developed,and numerical examples are also given to confirm the theoretical analysis.The results show that the national economic indices of three solutions are all satisfactory under the condition where wind power is so seriously curtailed in the“three Northern regions”in China.Numerical examples show that the heat storage method requires the least investment when offering 1 MW accommodating space for wind power and is capable to achieve the best coal-saving effect when accommodating 1 MW.h wind power.It thus has the best national economic indices and risk-taking ability for the uncertainty of wind power.
