含多分布式电源独立微电网的混合控制策略
Hybrid Control Strategy of Islanded Microgrid with Numerous Distributed Generators
摘要
Abstract
Aiming at the complex coordinated control problems among numerous distributed generators(DGs)of wind turbines (WTs),diesel generators(DSs)and battery storage system(BT)in an islanded microgrid,a hybrid control strategy combined peer-to-peer control and centralized control is proposed.In peer-to-peer control mode,an “economic output power limit (EOPL)" module and its control algorithm are designed to improve the power and frequency characteristics of DSs,and also improve their economic and flexible property for their parallel operations.The central controller of microgrid central control center(MGCC)implements the whole system optimization for various DGs discrete control activities like start-stop of WTs and DSs,charging-discharging of BT,and ensures economic stability,flexible and efficient operation control of the islanded microgrid.Simulations have shown its operation control performances under various conditions,and results have proved the validity of the proposed method.
