Optimization of Power Network Reconfiguration Based on Fuzzy Chance Constrained Programming

Abstract
In view of the uncertainty of operating time and recovery reliability of lines put into operation during network reconstruction after blackout,a fuzzy chance constrained model of optimization of power network reconfiguration is proposed based on the fuzzy chance constrained programming theory.Triangular fuzzy variables are used to represent the line”s operating time and recovery reliability,and the recovery reliability index is defined to evaluate the objective network.The target is to ensure that the possibility of a unit”s restoration in its start-up time requirements is no less than a certain level of confidence, and to obtain the optimized network that reaches the highest reliability in a shortest possible time.The fuzzy simulation based cross particle swarm optimization is used to optimize the node restoration sequence,and the Dijkstra algorithm is combined to choose the restoration path.Finally,the effectiveness of the proposed method is validated by an IEEE 30-node system and part of Yunnan power system.关键词
