摘要

Abstract

This article studied the seeding biomass,salt injury index and photosynthetic characteristics of barley under different con-centration of NaCl stress based on the testing materials of salt resistant 12pj-118 and salt sensitive 12pj-045. The results indicated that with the increase of NaCl concentration,two varieties’fresh weight,dry weight,relative fresh weight and relative dry weight had a downward trend. Under different concentration of salt stress,fresh weight and dry weight of salt tolerance 12pj-118 fell less than salt sensitive 12pj-045. Their relative fresh weight and relative dry weight were greater than 12pj-045. Moreover,their salt injury index was significantly lower than 12pj-045. It′s indicated that the salt resistance of 12pj-118 was better than another’ s. Under the radi-ation intensity of a given simulation light 1 000μmol/m2/s,with the increase of concentration of NaCl,the net photosynthetic rate ( Pn),stomatal conductance( Gs),transpiration rate( Tr)and chlorophyll content of these two varieties had a downward trend. More-over,the change of two varieties’intercellular CO2 concentration( Ci)was inconsistent. Under high concentration of salt stress,,the Pn,Gs,Tr and chlorophyll content of 12pj-118 declined less than salt sensitive 12pj-045.
