西藏青稞种质资源材料白粉病抗性鉴定
Identification of Powdery Mildew Resistance of Tibet Hulless Barley Germplasm
摘要
Abstract
In order to screening powdery mildew resistance resources of Tibet hulless barley,330 representative barley materials were selected to investigate the infection of powdery mildew in Lhasa field,which was also identified through indoor seedling inoculation. The results showed that mostly it was leaves at middle and lower position got infected by the powdery disease with 169 materials infected out from 330,which account for 51. 21% among the testing materials. By means of Indoor Seedling Inoculation,7 highly resistant ma-terials,which account for 2. 13%;12 resistant materials,which account for 3. 64%;311 kinds of high susceptible varieties,which account for 94. 24% were found out.关键词
