Abstract
A hybrid isolation system based on the magnetorheological damper (MRD)is proposed to improve the performance of the precision platform and reduce the dynamic response under broadband environment excitation.First,the simulation model of 7 degrees of freedom for this system is adopt-ed.The results of dynamic analysis show that the isolation system can control the dynamic response of the platform in a wide range of frequency domain.After analyzing the sensitivities of the system parameters on the effect of vibration isolation,the genetic algorithm is adopted to optimize the sensi-tive system parameters to achieve the expected goal.The results show that the optimized hybrid iso-lation system can not only control the displacement response within the corresponding restrictions,but also reduce the acceleration response of the platform effectively.When the frequency is more than 50 Hz,the control effect of the acceleration response is obvious;otherwise,the control is less effective.关键词
