民国时期混凝土建筑中钢筋的物理力学性能
Physical and mechanical performances of reinforcements in reinforced concrete buildings built during Republic of China
摘要
Abstract
The surface shape characteristics of the reinforcements in reinforced concrete buildings built during the period of the Republic of China are analyzed by the survey method.The tensile properties are also tested by universal testing machine.The chemical compositions are analyzed by combining the spark direct reading spectrograph method with the wet chemical analysis method.The metallographic microstructures are tested by metalloscope.The microstructure analysis is carried out by scanning electron microscope ( SEM) .The test results show that the heights of the transverse ribs of the reinforcements with square sections can meet the current requirements while the spacings be-tween the adjacent transverse ribs, the sums of the gaps between the transverse ribs and the relative rib areas cannot.The reinforcements with square section and those with circular section are low-car-bon hot-rolled steel.The average yield strengths of these two kinds of reinforcements are 278.60 and 350.65 MPa, respectively.The average ultimate tensile strengths are 375.86 and 464.37 MPa, re-spectively.The average ratios of the tensile strength to the yield strength are 1.35 and 1.32, respec-tively.The average elongations are 32.25%and 25.08%, respectively.关键词
