磁流变液双链密排微结构模型
Compact two-column microstructure model of magnetorheological fluid
摘要
Abstract
In order to reveal the deep physical background of the macroscopic responses of the mag-netorheological fluid,and thus provide a guidance for the development of high performance magne-torheological fluid,the compact two-column microstructure model of magnetorheological fluid is proposed considering the chain mechanism of ferromagnetic particles based on the magnetic dipole theory.Under the external magnetic field,the ferromagnetic particles form into the chain-like struc-ture along the direction of magnetic field.The interactions between adjacent chains are considered, and it is assumed that the distribution of the chains obeys an exponential distribution.Finally,the yield shear stress formula is developed from the perspective of energy of the magnetic dipole,and the relationships between the yield shear stress and the main influencing factors,such as magnetic induc-tion intensity,volume fraction,size and coating thickness of ferromagnetic particles,are also ana-lyzed.These relationships are verified using the experimental data.The results show that the pro-posed model agrees well with the experimental data,and the model can reflect the influences of the main factors on shear yield stress.关键词
