不对称榫卯节点正反向受弯性能试验研究
Experimental study on positive and reverse flexural behavior of asymmetric mortise-tenon joints

Abstract
The positive and reverse flexural behavior of Tou mortise-tenon joints (TJ),Ban mortise-tenon joints (BJ)and Shizigutou mortise-tenon joints (SJ)are studied by monotonic loading tests. The relationship of moment-rotation,length of the tenons pulled out-rotation and failure modes are obtained through the tests.Research results show that the positive failure mode of TJ and SJ is tear-ing along the grain in the variable cross section and then breaking,the reverse failure mode of which is bending damage near the roof of tenons.The positive and reverse failure modes of BJ are both pulling out.The positive flexural capacity and extreme rotation of TJ and BJ are much smaller than the reverse ones.The positive and reverse flexural capacities of SJ are similar,but the positive ex-treme rotation is much bigger than the reverse one.The pulling size of three kinds of tenons has a linear relationship with the rotation.In addition,the upper gaps of tenons play an important influ-ence on flexural behavior.关键词
