θ环填料塔中灰颗粒对 K2 CO3溶液吸收 CO2性能的影响
Influence of ash particle on CO2 absorption performance using potassium carbonate in a θ-ring packed tower

Abstract
To understand the influence of the ash particles in the flue gas generated from coal com-bustion on the absorption performance of CO2 by the chemical absorption method, the typical K2 CO3 solution was employed as the absorbent, and experiments were carried out by using a small packed absorber filled withθ-ring packing and introducing the ash from the liquid phase.The effects laws of the process conditions, including the absorption liquid temperature, the packing height, the liquid-gas ratio and the concentration of the ash particles, on the ash action were studied.The results show that the existence of the ash can reduce CO2 removal efficiency.The effect of the ash on the removal efficiency is not related to its chemical composition but to the operation parameters.With the in-crease of the absorption liquid temperature or the packing height, this effect is weakened.With the increase of the liquid-gas ratio, this effect has a tendency to rise.With the increase of the concentra-tion of the ash particles, this effect increases gradually and finally tends to be stable.Therefore, the influence of the ash can be achieved by changing the initial distribution of the absorption liquid.关键词
