摘要

Abstract

A kind of serial server is designed based on Raspberry Pi,USB-hub,USB/serial converter and Linux operating system.This paper elaborates the software/hardware structures and the design methods of three main tasks in software design.The serial server has multiple serial ports and supports multiple bus.It has long transmission distance,multiple transport protocols,low cost and low power consumption.The serial server has been successfully applied to the signal acquisition and device monitoring in the industrial field.It can meet the requirements of stability and real-time performance.
