摘要

Abstract

The paper takes the inductance sensor LDC1000 and K60 MCU of Freescale as the core,a mental detection system with the function of positioning is designed.The metal is detected according to the eddy current effect,then can be rapidly positioning in a certain range.The experimental results show that the metal position error is less than 4 mm,and the smallest object can be detected at the size of 2 cm2 .The measured data is processed in the K60 MCU,and in the software digital filter is adopted to reduce the interference signal and improve the stability and accuracy of the system.In addition,the LCD display shows the location of the object metal and uses the keys to realize human computer interaction.
