养老机构老年人的健康状况与护理需求调查
The investigation of health status and nursing needs of the elderly who lived in nursing homes
摘要
Abstract
Objectove To investigate the health status and nursing needs of the elderly in nursing homes,to supply bases for the decision-making body and satisfy the needs of life care,rehabilitation care and spiritual consolation of the aged,in order to provide scientific reference for the development of pension institutions and the relative departments. Methods A self-designed questionnaire was used to analysis the situation of the nursing needs of the 90 old people who lived in nursing homes. ResuIts Nursing needs of the elderly in the top five are:improvement of the nursing professional knowledge and skills of nursing assistants( 97 . 8%),invitation from family or friends( 93 . 3%),regular health care service by medical staff in the community health center( 90 . 0%),guidance of the illness-related knowl-edge(87. 7%),daily communication with nurses(84. 4%). concIusoon Nursing needs of the elderly mainly focus on the physical health and emotional needs.关键词
