胡桃醌对宫颈癌caski细胞的细胞毒作用的研究
The cytotoxicity of Juglone on caski cells
摘要
Abstract
Objectove To explore the inhibitory effect of the Juglone on the proliferation of cervical cancer caski cells. Methods Caski cells were cultured to the logarithmic growth period and were treated with different concentra-tion of Juglone. The inhibitory effect of Juglone on cells was measured by MTT assay and the morphological changes of cells were also observed under optical microscope. ResuIts MTT assay showed that Juglone could inhibit the prolif-eration of caski cells in a dose-dependent manner. concIusoon Juglone can inhibit the proliferation of caski cells in vivo.关键词
