肾细胞癌中基质金属蛋白酶-12 mRNA的表达及临床意义
The clinical significance of matrix metallopmteinases-12 mRNA expression in renal cell carcinoma
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the expression of MMP-12 in renal cell carcinoma and its association with tumor invasion and metastasis .Methods Clinical samples from 50 cases of patients with renal cell carcinoma and 16 nor-mal samples were collected .MMP-12 expression was investigated by real-time PCR.Appropriate statistical analysis was utilized to evaluate the association of MMP-12 expression with tumor invasion and metastasis .Results ① The ex-pression of MMP-12 in renal cell carcinoma was significantly increased compared with that in normal samples ( P<0 .001 ) .②The expression of MMP-12 in renal cell carcinoma was significantly associated with tumor invasion ,lymph node metastasis and distant metastasis (P<0.001).Conclusion The expression of MMP-12 in renal cell carcino-ma may serve as a marker of tumor early diagnosis ,invasion and metastasis .关键词
