摘要
Abstract
Objective The main sources of the uncertainty of measurement of zinc content in Kuding tea were ana-lyzed .Methods Zinc content of Kuding tea were determined by Flame atomic absorption spectrometry .By using the basic method of evaluating the determination uncertainty ,each factor that affected the uncertainty was analyzed .Re-sults The expanded uncertainty was 0.008 2 mg/g ( k=2) when the Zinc content was 0.083 mg/g.Conclusion The main sources of the uncertainty of zinc content in Kuding tea include the fitting of standard curve ,repeatability de-termination of the sample ,digestion process for the sample .关键词
