半枝莲总黄酮减轻顺铂化疗荷瘤小鼠肾损伤及机制初探
Study on total flavonoids from scutellaria barbata reduce renal injury caused by cisplatin in tumor bearing mice

Abstract
Objective To observe the protective effects of total flavonoids from scutellaria barbata on renal injury caused by cisplatin in tumor bearing mice ,and try to investigate its mechanism from the oxidative stress .Methods Total flavonoids was extracted from scutellaria barbata .50 male Kunming mice were randomly divided into control group ( group C ) , tumor group ( group T ) and total flavonoids of Scutellaria barbata low ( group L ) , middle ( M group),high dose group (H group),10 mice in each group.After T,L,M and H group were injected tumor cells for two weeks,T,L,M and H group were injected with cisplatin at the dose of 2 mg/kg,L,M and H group were filled with total flavonoids at the dose of 100 mg/kg,200 mg/kg,400 mg/kg for 7 days,C group and T group were filled with the same volume of normal saline .Then the mice were sacrificed ,the indexes about oxidation in kidney were measured , the expression of Bax and Bcl-2 were observed .Results The content of MDA in group T was increased than that in group C (P<0.05),decreased in group L,M and H than that in group T (P<0.05).The activity of SOD and T-AOC in group T was decreased significantly than in group C ( P<0.05) ,and that was increased in group L ,M and H by flavonoids .The expression of Bax in group T was significantly increased compared with group C ,and the expression of Bcl-2 was decreased .After the intervention of flavonoids , expression of Bax was decreased in L , M and H group compared with group T ,expression of Bcl-2 showed an increasing trend .Conclusion otal flavonoids from scutellaria barbata could reduce renal injury caused by cisplatin in tumor bearing mice ,which should be achieved by reducing re-nal oxidative stress .关键词
