摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the quantitative method for chlorogenic acid in Xiao'aiping oral liquid .Methods High performance liquid chromatography ( HPLC) were employed.Chromatographic column was Eclipse XDB-C18 column (150 mm ×4.6 mm ×5μm),mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.4%phosphoric acid solution (8∶92);and de-tection wavelength was 327 nm.Results The linear range of chlorogenic acid covered from 1.60μg to 160μg (r=0.999 5,n=5),and the average sample recovery rate was 99.3%,RSD=2.4%.Conclusion This method is sim-ple,sensitive,accurate,and can be for Xiao'aiping oral liquid quality control .关键词
