摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the unqualified cause of laparoscope'cleaning and put forward the countermeasure . Methods 500 cleaned laparoscope from the August 2013 to the January 2014 were chosen as control group;while 500 cleaned laparoscope from the February 2014 to the June 2014 were selected as experimental group .A specially-as-signed person analyzed the unqualified causes of the cleaning between two groups and put forward the countermeasures and carried them out in the experimental group .Results Compare the situation between two groups in recycling in time after used ,in moisturizing treatment with right method and no washing in advance ,in using the water torch during washing and in fixing on laparoscope wash rack with right method .The difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclu-sion Strengthening the professional training of the staff ,recycling in time ,moisturizing effectively ,washing in advance effectively and washing under operating instructions could improve the qualification rate of laparoscope cleaning .关键词
