A Reliability Evaluation Algorithm for Distribution Network Under V2G Mode Considering Probabilities of Breaking and Load Transfer

Abstract
Based on the directed network model of distribution network, considering equipment breaking probability and load transfer probability a reliability evaluation algorithm for distribution network under V2G mode is proposed. Firstly, the post-fault transfer path and characteristic of elements in the network are analyzed, and the expectation is led in to describe the reliability indices, then a reliability analysis model of distribution network is further established. Under V2G mode, according to dynamic charging/discharging probability model of electric vehicles (EV) the EV is equivalent to backup power sources by the proposed algorithm, and then according to the rated capacity of EV both the biggest power supply range of EV and the order of power supply to areas within this range are determined, and then the probability of reliable power supply is computed, thus the mapping between the randomness of EV charging/discharging and reliability of power supply is established. Simulation results of feeder 4 of RBTS bus-6 show that under the V2G mode the local power supply reliability of distribution network can be improved obviously.关键词
