模块化多电平换流器的容错控制策略
A Fault-Tolerant Control Strategy of Modular Multi-Level Converters

Abstract
To analyze the operating performance of modular multi-level converter (MMC) system under the failure of sub-module, a mathematical model of MMC system during asymmetrical operation between upper-bridge arm and lower-bridge arm under active reserve mode is established, and analysis shows that under asymmetrical operation between upper-bridge arm and lower-bridge arm the fundamental frequency component in the circulating current within faulty bridge arm increases, and through changing the average switching frequency of sub-modules in the faulty bridge arm the power frequency circulating current can be suppressed. The performance of MMC system after adopting the fault-tolerant control strategy and the allowable maximum quantities of faulty sub-modules are analyzed. The correctness of the obtained conclusion is validated by PSCAD/EMTDC based on simulation results.关键词
