摘要

Abstract

Although current generation right transaction, which is mainly based on the bidding of the generation cost, can make the generating units with low energy consumption achieve more generation right, however the implementation of the prospective emission reduction target cannot be ensured. Besides, in generation right transaction the security margin is not pre-set aside, so there is a certain operational risk. In allusion to this, a generation transaction model, in which the preset emission reduction is taken as the constraint and under the premise of ensuring the secure operation and voltage stability of power system the minimized total active power output of power system is taken as the objective, is proposed. The proposed model can meet the demand of power system in the aspects of economy, environment protection and operational stability. The proposed model is solved by constraint slack variable based centrality correction interior point algorithm, and the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed method are validated by simulation results of IEEE 30-bus system, IEEE 39-bus system, IEEE 57-bus system and IEEE 118-bus system.
