电力电量平衡评价指标体系及其综合评估方法研究
Research on Evaluation Index System and Synthetical Evaluation Method for Balance of Electric Power and Energy
摘要
Abstract
Based on key performance indicators, an evaluation index system for electric power and energy balance, which combines the adequacy, order of power supply, energy saving, economy, is constructed, and the combination of analytical hierarchy process and entropy weight, in which the subjective features and objective features are combined, is taken as the calculation method to evaluate the weight of the index, based on the technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution(TOPSIS), the scheme of electric power and energy balance is synthetically evaluated. The effectiveness and correctness of the proposed evaluation system and synthetical evaluation method are validated by analysis on actual case.关键词
