Abstract
ABSTRACT:During the post-blackout network reconfiguration it is necessary to select reasonable recovery path and upbuild the backbone network as fast as possible. The indices of network coverage rate and network dispersion degree, which are used to evaluate the rate of the backbone network covering the original network of power system and the risk of appearing long branch during the reconfiguration, is proposed, and synthesizing such factors as recovery time and charging capacitances of transmission lines an optimization model of backbone network reconfiguration is built. The simplified model is used to search optimal target nodes and the improved crossed particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm is used to optimize the recovery sequence of target nodes, and further the optimized backbone network reconfiguration scheme is attained, in which the synchronous recovery mechanism of non-plant target nodes is considered to improve the efficiency of the recovery. The effectiveness of the proposed backbone network reconfiguration method is validated by simulation results of IEEE 30-bus system.关键词
