乌鳢致病性维氏气单胞菌的分离鉴定及生物学特性研究
Isolation Identification and Study on Biological Characteristics of Aeromonas Veronii Isolated from Channa argus
摘要
Abstract
A bacterial strain named WL161 was isolated from the diseased Channa argus .The test on artifi-cial infected samples showed that WL161 had strong virulence.WL161 was identified as Aeromonas veronii by analysing 16 S rRNA gene sequence and physiological and biochemical tests.The drug sensitivity test indicated that WL161 was sensitive to eleven drugs.The virulence genes related to aerolysin(aer),cytolyt-ic enterotoxin (act),serine protease(ser),adhesin(Aha)and LuxS were detected in this research.关键词
