摘要

Abstract

A strain of bacteria was isolated from the organs of a pig with pericarditis and pneumonia which came from a herd in Huizhou of Guangdong province.This isolation was identified as Corynebacterium pyogenes (Arcanobacterium pyogenes )preliminary after the analysis of morphological and biochemical. The 16 S rRNA genes and virulence genes as PLO,nanH,nanP,cbpA,fimA,fimG,fimC were amplified by PCR and sequenced.The results of Blast indicated that the nucleotide sequence homology of 16 S rRNA gene was 91.6%~95.0% between this isolation and other animals as wild boar,cattle,sheep,Lin She and so on.This confirmed that the isolation was Arcanobacterium pyogenes (A.pyogenes).The virulence genes as PLO,nanH,fimA,were detected and the nanP,cbpA,fimC,fimG genes were not.In Animal pathogenicity test,3 weeks old Babl/c mice were infected with the bacteria which the final concentration was 6.0×109 cfu/mL,then died after 24 h,indicated that this strain was more pathogenicity.Drug sensi-tive test indicated that this strain was high sensitive in cefazolin,cefradine,cefotaxime,novobiocin,ampicil-lin,vancomycin,andmoderate sensitive in doxycycline,enrofloxacin,amikacin,ofloxacin,and resistant in streptomycin,sulfamethoxazole,tetracycline,gentamicin,clindamycin,sulfamethoxazole,norfloxacin.This research provides the reference of identification,epidemiological investigation and control of porcine Ar-canobacterium pyogenes.
