美洲型和欧洲型 PRRSV RT-PCR 鉴别检测方法的建立
Establishment of RT-PCR Method for Identifation Detection of PRRSV
摘要
Abstract
In order to analyze whole genome of the different American genotype porcine reproductive and re-spiratory syndrome virus(PRRSV),a pair of specific primer were designed to amplify two kinds of PRRSV strain NSP2 genes.RT-PCR test results indicated that the amplified fragments of mutant and classical strains were 342 bp and 432 bp.The method was rapid,specific,sensitive,repeatabe,and can be used to i-dentify mutant and classical strains of American genotype PRRSV at the same time.The clinical application in the detection of 16 samples showed that the positive rate of PRRSV was 37.5%,highly pathogenic char-acteristics of variant strains accounted for 83.3% of the total strains.关键词
