摘要
Abstract
microRNA widely exist in both unicellular and multicellular eukaryotes,and play an important role in the regulation of eukaryotic gene expression.The great effects have been discovered in the signaling pathways,cell metabolism and apoptosis,muscle cell production,virus infection and cancer etc.So it has aroused more and more attention.This paper reviewed the progress on microRNA molecules and its regu-lation to animal muscle development and lipid metabolism,and role in some animal diseases ,so as to pro-vide theoretical basis for microRNA research in animals.关键词
