鸡产气荚膜梭菌的分离鉴定及药敏试验
Isolation,Identification and Drug Sensitivity Test of Clostridium perfringens from Broiler Chickens
摘要
Abstract
For investigating the prevalence and genetypes of C.perfringens in healthy chickens in Hubei province,120 anus cotton swab samples were collected from large-scale broiler chicken farms in Hubei. After culturing in anaerobic meat liver soup and CW agar culture-medium,9 suspected C.perfringens were isolated and then identified with purple milk test,Gram stain test and biochemical test.The isolation rate was 7.5 %.9 strains were genotyped as type A by PCR.These strains were tested for susceptibility to common antimicrobials.All of the isolates were resistant to streptomycin,neomycin,ciprofloracin,cip-rofloxacin,and were sensitive to ampicillin,amoxicillin,cefotaxime,tetracycline,amikacin and clindamy-cin.关键词
