Abstract
The purpose of this test was to understand the genetic sequence of Mycoplasma bovis NM2012 strain ,and study its potential pathogenesis and its regulation mechanisms of replication ,transcription and translation .NM2012 strain in vitro and its genomic DNA was extracted by phenol-chloroform extraction method and sent to the Beijing Genomics Institute for whole genome sequence .The result showed that the genome size of Mycoplasma bovis NM2012 strain is 993 483 bp ,GC content is 29 .26% ,a total of three scaffolds and 24 contigs .Genome analysis found that Mycoplasma bovis NM2012 genome contains 885 genes ,total length is 834 042 bp ,average length is 942 bp ,representing 83 .95% of the full length ge-nome .Tandem repeats is 79 ,total length is 9 203 bp ,accounting for 0 .926 3% of full-length genome . There are 53 small satellite sequences ,5 microsatellite sequences ,34 tRNA and 4 rRNA .By constructing phylogenetic tree with 16 S rRNA sequence from sequenced Mycoplasma bovis NM2012 strain and Myco-plasma which mainly infecting cattle and sheep ,we further confirmed that NM2012 strain is Mycoplasma bovis .The study provides basis for further research on Mycoplasma bovis .关键词
