德州驴血糖和血脂检测及分析
Detection and Analysis of Biochemical Indexes of Glucose and Lipids in Serum of Dezhou Donkeys
摘要
Abstract
In order to obtain essential references of blood glucose and lipids in Dezhou donkey ,20 donkeys , aged 3-4 years old (10 males and 10 females) ,were measured ,and all the parameters were compared with human and other livestock (horse ,pig ,dairy cow ,goat ,sheep) .The results indicated the significant differ-ences in 4 parameters (GLU ,CHOL ,LDL-C and HDL-C) between females and males (P<0 .05) ,which suggested the blood glucose and lipids influenced by gender .Meanwhile ,LDL-C found was lower in don-key than in human and other livestock ,w hich supplied a indirect evidence for the resource development of Dezhou donkey meat and it's byproducts .关键词
