新型血红蛋白抗菌肽抑菌活性及溶血性研究
Studies on Antibacterial Activity and Hemolysis of Novel Hemoglobin Antimicrobial Peptide

Abstract
To analyze the bioactivity of novel hemoglobin antimicrobial peptide,the minimal inhibitory con-centration of hemoglobin antimicrobial peptide to Escherichia coli ,Staphylococcus aureus,Monilia albican was tested by broth microdilution method.The hemolysis was tested by measuring the release of hemoglo-bin.Thermal stability of hemoglobin antimicrobial peptide was determined by agar gel diffusion method. And the morphology of bacteria tesed were observed by scanning electron microscope.The results showed that the MIC to Escherichia coli ,Staphylococcus aureus ,Monilia albican were 0.5,1.0,0.25 mg/mL. It caused 6.7% rupture of erythrocyte at the concentration of 2.0 mg/mL.After heated,it kept stability partly.The shrinking,distorting and gathering of microorganism were observed.It indicated that hemo-globin antimicrobial peptide had a good bio-safety in the development and application,which had a signifi-cant antibacterial activity and low hemolysis.关键词
