鲈鱼豚鼠气单胞菌的鉴定及其药敏试验
Identification and Drug Susceptibility Test of Aeromonas caviae from Lateolabrax japonicus

Abstract
In order to study the pathogen of the diseased Lateolabrax japonicus ,the strain SCLL2 was iso-lated from the natural infected Lateolabrax japonicas .Its morphological characteristics,physiology and biochemistry experiments,16 S rDNA genes,phylogenetic tree and drug susceptibility were studied.The results indicated that strain SCLL2 is a Gram-negative bacterium.It has the ability to movement,and is positive to galactose,mannitol,indole,citrate,etc,negative urea,H2 S,glucose (gas)and so on.The length of 16 S rDNA is 1 433 bp and its accession number in GenBank is KJ157321.The strain shared 99%identity with Aeromonas caviae strain in GenBank database.Phylogenetic tree displayed that strain SCLL2 and Aeromonas caviae strains gather into one cluster.The isolated strain was confirmed as Aeromonas cav-iae based on its biochemical characters and sequence analysis.The result of drug susceptibility tests showed that the strain was more sensitive to doxycycline,minocycline,norfloxacin,etc.while it was moderately sen-sitive to cephalothin V,erythromycin,but it was resistanct to ampicillin,trimethoprim.It will provide data for the molecular identification of Aeromonas caviae and diagnosis and treatment of the fish disease.关键词
