黄喉拟水龟腐皮病病原菌的分离鉴定及药敏试验
Isolation,Identification and Antimicrobial Sensitivity Test of Bacterial Pathogens in Turtle Mauremys mutica with Skin-rotting Disease

Abstract
To isolate and identify the pathogenic bacteria in turtle Mauremys mutica with skin-rotting dis-ease,and analyse the pathogenicity and drug sensitivity of the bacteria,the bacterial pathogens were isola-ted from the skin lesions of diseased Mauremys mutica ,and then identified by physiological and biochemi-cal characteristics,16 S rDNA sequencing,construction and analysis of phylogenetic tree;Furthermore, the drug sensitivity test and animal infection test were carried out by using standard methods.A novel Gram-negative,short rod-shaped bacterium,strain TSM13032,was isolated from the skin lesions of dis-eased turtle,and a 1 482 bp 16 S rDNA fragment of the isolate was obtained (GenBank accession number KF611897),the sequence homology of 16 S rDNA was 99.92% with Myroides sp.(GenBank accession number JX966100)from humans,the phylogenetic tree analysis showed that TSM13032 strain was clus-tered closely with newly reported bacterial isolate Myroides sp.;The pathogenicity to baby turtles was as-sessed by animal infection test.The antimicrobial sensitivity analysis showed that the isolate was highly sensitive to ampicillin,piperacillin,cefoperazone,cephalothin,cefamandole,azithromycin,nalidixic acid, chloramphenicol and sulfisoxazole.A newly isolated strain was identified as Myroides sp.,this is the first report isolated Myroides sp.from diseased Mauremys mutica .关键词
