摘要

Abstract

Febrifugine from Dichroa febrifuga were separated by dilute hydrochloric acid and ultrasonic ex-traction method;extract weight and febrifugine content as evaluation index,extraction process by orthog-onal design were investigated including extraction temperature,solid-liquid ratio and extraction time;feb-rifugine content was determined by ultraviolet-visble spectrophotometer.The results showed that the opti-mial technology was as followings:50℃ extraction temperature,1 " 5 solid-liquid ratio,1 h extraction time;under above conditions,extract weight and febrifugine content were respectively up to 0.513 g and 0.453%,increasing 40 times compared to radix dichroa;the effect of three factors on the extraction rate:extraction temperature>solid-liquid ratio>extraction time.The results suggested that febrifugine extrac-tion is feasible by ultrasonic technology,which has advantages of time-saving,energy conservation and higher extraction rate.
