艾灸足三里、肾俞穴对骨性关节炎模型大鼠PGE2、NO 及 IL-1β的影响
Effect of Moxibustion at Zusanli and Shenshu Points on PGE2,NO and IL-βin OA Model Rats

Abstract
To observe the effects of moxibustion at Zusanli and Shenshu points on the levels of PGE2 and NO of the synovial fluid and IL-βof the serum in OA model rats,and study on the mechanism of moxibus-tion at Zusanli and Shenshu points to intervene the development of OA inflammation,twenty-four SD rats were randomly divided into a sham operation group,a control group and a treatment group.The rats in the sham operation and the control groups were treated with 2 mL normal saline everyday,and the rats in treatment group were treated with moxibustion at Zusanli and Shenshu points in 4 weeks after operation. ELISA was used to determine the contents of PGE2 and NO of the synovial fluid and the IL-1βof the ser-um in 4 and 8 weeks after operation.The results showed that in the 8 weeks after operation ,PGE2 and NO of the synovial fluid significantly increased in the treatment group than that of sham group (P <0.01),while it decreased in the control group (P < 0.05).IL-1βof the serum decreased significantly in the treatment group than that of control group (P < 0.01);Compared with the ones in the 4 weeks after oper-ation,the PGE2 of the synovial fluid decreased significantly(P < 0.05);while the NO of the synovial fluid and the IL-1βof the serum decreased significantly(P < 0.01).Moxibustion at Zusanli and Shenshu points can obviously inhibit the expression of PGE2 and NO of the synovial fluid and IL-β of the serum of OA model rat,slow the evolutive inflammation of osteoarthritis.关键词
