鸡Mx蛋白抗病毒作用研究进展
Progress on Antiviral Effect of Mx Protein in Chicken
摘要
Abstract
Mx protein is an antiviral protein expressed in cells of vertebrates induced by type Ⅰ interferon (IFN)under virus infection or induced agent treatment.Mx protein has good antiviral ability,targeted many RNA viruses,such as the influenza virus,vesicular stomatitis virus,rabies virus and so on,and also has certain effects for some DNA virus,such as hepatitis B virus.In recent years,related researches accu-mulate based on antiviral effect and mechanism of chicken Mx protein,and obtain some progress.In this review,we discussed the antiviral mechanism and molecular biology characteristics of chicken Mx protein, analyzed the application prospect of the chicken Mx protein in antiviral effect and disease-resistant breeding selection in order to provide reference for research and application of chicken Mx protein.关键词
