类泛素蛋白 ISG15研究进展
Progress on Ubiquitin-like Protein ISG15
摘要
Abstract
Interferon-stimulated gene 15 (ISG15)is a kind of ubiquitin (Ub)-like protein,which is coded by isg 15 gene under interferon stimulation.It is similar to Ub in sequence,structure and function,which can covalently modify target protein by enzyme cascade.ISG15 and its Ub-like modification system participate in the immune response,which is an important pathway for the interferon exerting antiviral effect.It is demonstrated thatISG15 could play antiviral activity against various viruses,including retrovirus,large DNA virus,positive-strand virus and negative-strand virus,et al.In this paper,we synthesized the re-search achievements in recent years,introduced ISG15 and its Ub-like modification system briefly,and dis-cussed ISG15 antivirus activity as well as its mechanism in detail.关键词
