Advance in Common Molecular Classification Techniques of Hard Ticks
摘要
Abstract
Nowadays,the classification of ticks is going to the molecular stage,and is more objective and precise compaed with conventional morphological and biological classification.The establishment of phylo-genetic tree can more likely reflect their relationship,significantly improve the identification efficiency and reliability.This paper summarized some primary molecular methods to identify hard ticks in recent years, including DNA sequence analysis,random amplified polymorphic DNA and restriction fragment length pol-ymorphism.With the widespread application of molecular biology and modern statistics,the identification of ticks will increasingly depend on modern taxonomy.关键词
