Abstract
In order to evaluate the immune effects of highly pathogenic porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome vaccine in Baise,the study collected 465 and 644 pig serum samples froms 66 large scale pig farm and 249 rural backyard households in 2012-2013 .The seral antibodies against HP-PRRS were detected by indirect ELISA.The results showed that the average positive rate of HP-PRRSV antibody was 68.02% in 2012 and 75.32% in 2013.The average positive rates of HP-PRRSV antibody prime immunization and boost immunization were 83.60% and 63.91%.immunized with HP-PRRSV inactivated vaccine.The av-erage positive rate of antibody was 75.42%,and wiht HP-PRRSV attenuated vaccine was 70.86%.The re-sults showed that the average positive rate of HP-PRRSV antibody were higher in 2012 than in 2013;The average positive rate of HP-PRRSV antibody of the boost immunization was higher than that of prime im-munization.The immune effect of HP-PRRSV inactivated vaccine was good.关键词
