小鼠病毒性肝炎模型的建立
Establishment of Virus Hepatitis Model in Mice
摘要
Abstract
To establish virus hepatitis model in mice,NIH mice were infected with 10 3.875 TCID50/mL MHV-A59 intraperitoneally.The levels of ALT,AST,TP,and ALB were detected periodically.And pathologi-cal lesions of hepatic tissue were carefully examined and evaluated.Results show that 30% of the infected mice were survival with a increased serum ALT,AST levels and decreased TP,ALB levels.This substitute model could be applied in studies on pharmacodynamics of medicines for human virus hepatitis.关键词
