摘要

Abstract

This paper was conducted to bioassay estrogen-like drug residues in urine of adult cows and calves based on the recombinant human estrogen receptor (hER)gene yeast cells (W303-1A/hER-ERE-yEGFP), respectively.This recombinant yeast cells is a fluorescent yeast cell,whose fluorescent density has a dose effect relationship with estrogenic compounds.The results showed that although the estrogenic compounds (1.000×10-4 estradiol equivalent)in adult cow urine samples was higher than that (2.518×10 -5 estradiol equivalent)in calf,but statistical significant difference was not found.The procedure provides a efficient, rapid,high-throughput method for routine residual analysis of estrogen like drugs in bovine urine.
