纳米氧化铈颗粒对大鼠肺组织 GRP78表达的影响
Effects of Nano CeO2 on Expression of GRP78 in Rats′Lung
摘要
Abstract
To discuss toxic damage induced by cerium oxide (CeO2 )of different nanoparticle size and ex-pression of GRP78 in rats′lung,the suspension of CeO2 of different nanopatcicle size(35 nm±3 nm,287 nm±27 nm)with a dose of 400 mg/kg was used to perfuse rats′lungs.After 28 days,the expression of GRP78 was observed by immunohistochemistry.Compared with the control,the expression of GRP78 in all groups with different nanopatcicle size increased(P <0.05),and the expression of GRP78 in 35 nm± 3 nm group was higher than that in 287 nm±27 nm group(P <0.05).The expression of GRP78 induced by CeO2 of different nanoparticle size in rats′lung increased,the smaller the nanoparticle size was,the higher the expression of GRP78 was.关键词
