复方苦豆子灌注液总生物碱含量测定方法的建立
Establishment of Method for Determination of Total Alkaloids in Compound Sophora alopecuroides Perfusion
摘要
Abstract
To establish a method for the determination of total alkaloids in Compound Sophora Alopecui-oides Perfusate,oxymatrine as the reference,the total alkaloids were determined by acid dye colorimetry at 420 nm.The results showed that the linear ranges of the oxymatrine were 2.0 μg/mL-10 μg/mL.The re-gression equation was A=0.005 8C+0.111 6,(r=0.999 2).The average recovery rate was 99.6% (RSD=2.20%).The method was simple,accurate and reproducible.关键词
